We developed the print materials for the 2025 Greater Owensboro Chamber of Commerce Annual Chamber Celebration, an event that brings together community business leaders, innovators, and entrepreneurs for an evening of networking and celebration.
The Chamber Celebration also serves as the presentation of the Chamber Awards for Excellence. These awards provide Chamber members with the opportunity to recognize the accomplishments of local businesses and the meaningful contributions they make to the Greater Owensboro area.
The theme for the 2025 event was inspired by Wicked and the Emerald City, offering a bold and imaginative visual direction. The design approach drew from the theme to create a cohesive look that felt elevated, celebratory, and appropriate for a signature Chamber event, while still remaining flexible across a wide range of printed materials.
Printed pieces designed for the event included the sponsor packet, invitation, ticket, event program, and banners, including both banner stands and pole banners. Care was taken to ensure that each piece worked together as part of a unified visual system, helping sponsors, attendees, and award recipients experience a consistent look and feel from first invitation through the night of the event.
This project reflects the importance of thoughtful print design in creating a polished, memorable event experience. By combining clear communication with strong visual cohesion, the materials supported the Chamber’s goal of celebrating local business success and strengthening connections within the community.
