We recently completed a new WordPress website for Casey County Public Library, designed to better support program promotion, event visibility, and timely communication with the community.
The previous website made it difficult to effectively highlight upcoming programs, special events, and important announcements. As a result, valuable information could be easy for patrons to miss, particularly when accessing the site on mobile devices.
The new website places programs and events front and center. Improved navigation and flexible content areas allow staff to promote upcoming activities, share news, and post timely updates in a clear and organized way. The site is fully responsive, providing a consistent and user-friendly experience across phones, tablets, and desktop computers.
Built on WordPress, the website is easy for library staff to manage and update as schedules and offerings change. This flexibility allows the library to keep content current and relevant without relying on technical support. Accessibility was also a key consideration throughout the project, helping ensure patrons of all abilities can access information and engage with library services online.
As with all of our projects, the website was designed to be affordable, sustainable, and adaptable to the library’s evolving needs.
