We designed the invitation for the Brescia University Centennial Gala, a signature event celebrating the university’s 100-year milestone. The gala was held on Saturday, October 25, 2025, at Green River Distillery.

In conjunction with the invitation, we also designed a special 100 Years logo for the university. The mark incorporates a simplified version of the Moore Center’s distinctive semi-circular window into one of the zeros in 100, creating a visual connection between the centennial celebration and an iconic campus landmark. The logo served as a central element of the event’s visual identity and was prominently featured on the invitation.

The invitation itself was designed to feel meaningful, refined, and commemorative. A striking die-cut cover features a minimal interpretation of the Moore Center window in gold foil, echoing the centennial logo and reinforcing the architectural inspiration behind the design. A panel folds down to reveal the event details, creating a sense of anticipation and interaction for the recipient.

Gold foil accents and a gold shimmer envelope were chosen to enhance the celebratory tone, while maintaining a clean and elegant presentation. A matching RSVP card and envelope completed the invitation suite, ensuring a cohesive look across all printed pieces.

This project highlights the impact of thoughtful print design and custom branding in creating a memorable first impression. By combining a meaningful centennial logo, carefully chosen materials, and interactive elements, the invitation helped set the tone for a landmark event in Brescia University’s history.
