We encourage you to leverage our experience through our Ongoing Support plans.

Performance Tuning Plan

$100 monthly

With the Performance Tuning Plan, we maintain the technical aspects of your site, including updates of WordPress core, plugins and theme. Updates to any component of the software – the WordPress core, plugins or theme – may cause conflicts which can result in a failure of some aspect of your site. Should this occur, we will troubleshoot and resolve the issue at no extra cost. (Not applicable if a third-party theme is used.)

In addition, we continually monitor the performance and track the status of your site, identifying issues affecting your site’s health and taking action to keep your site performing optimally.

The Performance Tuning Plan includes:

  • Updates of WordPress Core
  • Updates of WordPress Plugins
  • Updates of Theme/Framework
  • Troubleshooting and Resolution of Conflicts from Updates
  • Manual Monitoring of Server Logs
  • Broken Links Monitoring
  • Uptime Monitoring
  • Page Speed/Performance Tests
  • Performance Optimization (Includes resolving issues discovered in tests)
  • Database Optimization
  • Image Optimization
  • SPAM & Revisions Cleanup
  • Detailed Monthly Report Including Analytics
  • Support via email or phone with no cost for opening support tickets

Basic Maintenance Plan

$50 monthly

With the Basic Maintenance Plan, we keep the WordPress core, plugins and theme updated with the latest versions. Should conflicts occur that result in a failure of some aspect of your site, we will troubleshoot and resolve the issue at no extra cost. (Not applicable if a third-party theme is used.)

The Basic Maintenance Plan includes:

  • Updates of WordPress Core
  • Updates of WordPress Plugins
  • Updates of Theme/Framework
  • Troubleshooting and Resolution of Conflicts from Updates
  • Support via email or phone with no cost for opening support tickets

On Demand Support

We are committed to ensuring that your website meets the needs of its users. We provide On Demand Support when you are trying to do something and get stuck and or when features don’t behave as expected. Support may also include providing ongoing training or documentation of processes as requested.

We are available during business hours and provide contact information for emergency situations. We are able to respond within one business day in most cases, most often on the same day.

With Ongoing Support

When you enlist in one of our Ongoing Support Plans, you are able to open Support Tickets at no cost. Time required to troubleshoot and resolve an issue is billed at the applicable rate.

Without Ongoing Support

if you have an individual or team that can manage the technical aspects of the software that runs your website, you may choose not to enlist in one of our Ongoing Support Plans. You will be responsible for updating the WordPress core, plugins and theme for your site. Support is available by email or phone by opening a support ticket. Time required to troubleshoot and resolve an issue is billed at the applicable rate.
