New E.M. Ford & Company site focuses on customer needs

E.M. Ford & Company got a new Web site this week with the help of Red Pixel Studios. See the site at www.emford.com.

E.M. Ford & Company came to Red Pixel Studios because they were not able to manage their own Web site. The venerable family owned insurance company had previously used a solution that provided a template-based Web site for independent insurance firms. Besides being able to modify their site, the cookie-cutter design did not allow them to use the site to help their customers.

Red Pixel Studios worked with E.M. Ford to tailor their message to support their brand. We simplified the options presented to site visitors and helped with concise descriptions of the company’s services. We created a custom design that is bright and inviting.

Finally, we gave E.M. Ford complete control of their site, with the ability to easily modify the copy, images and the organization of the site.
